2. Step 2

   Open the desk

   Ask the committee with the ticker. Pick Isolated unless you need pipeline handoff.

3. Step 3

   Read the clerk stack first

   Splits before poetry. If the stack is thin, the run was thin.

4. Step 4

   Force one kill-condition

   Write what would invalidate the idea. If you cannot, you are not done.
